Using a cohesive design-build approach, the residence was redesigned as a vibrant Florida Keys retreat with relaxed coastal style, warmth, and functionality.

Honoring Family Legacy Through Coastal Interior Design

The home held deep sentimental value for the client, having belonged to her parents for generations. The redesigned interiors preserve that connection while creating a welcoming gathering place for children and grandchildren to enjoy Ocean Reef Club living for years to come.

Architectural updates improved flow, functionality, and connection to the waterfront. Renovations included expanding the living area, incorporating the former patio into the interior space, relocating sliding glass doors, and reconfiguring the kitchen for a built-in refrigerator and creating a brighter and more open coastal vacation home.
